Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Train-N-Treat provides mobile personal training and massage therapy services under licensed and professional standards. By booking and purchasing services, clients acknowledge that these sessions are customized and time-allocated services. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined below. This policy complies with applicable consumer protection and service laws in the State of California.

Refund Policy - the basics

A. All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

Due to the personalized and time-based nature of our services, all sales are final once the session has begun or has been delivered. However, we do provide partial refunds under certain conditions listed below.

 

B. Cancellation Policy & Refund Eligibility

24+ hours notice:

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule with no penalty.

 

Less than 24 hours notice:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee. The remaining 50% may be refunded or applied as credit toward a future session.

 

No-shows or on-location refusal:

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment, or refusal to proceed upon arrival without valid cause, will result in no refund.

 

C. Package Refunds

Unused Packages:

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been redeemed.

Partially Used Packages:

Refunds for partially used packages will be calculated based on the full price of completed sessions, not discounted package rates. Remaining credit may be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee.

 

Expired Packages:

Packages that remain unused beyond the stated expiration date (typically 3-6 months) are non-refundable.

 

D. Medical or Emergency Exceptions

If you experience a documented medical condition or emergency that prevents you from continuing your sessions, we may offer:

A partial refund, or

A service credit valid for up to 6 months.

Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

 

E. Unsatisfactory Service Claims

If you are not satisfied with a session for any valid reason, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will investigate your concerns and may offer a:

Make-up session,

Partial refund, or

Credit toward another service

Resolutions are granted at the sole discretion of Train-N-Treat and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Policy Enforcement

By booking or purchasing a service from Train-N-Treat, you agree to abide by the above Refund Policy. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.
